Frequently Asked Questions

  • The main difference is distribution. An individual user will set up their course login when they pay for their course. Team and enterprise subscriptions are delivered as a bulk list of unique codes. Once redeemed, each of these codes will be converted into a personal account by the redeemer and there is no requirement for a central administrator.

  • You will receive an email with a CSV file containing unique code URLs, which will allow recipients to create an account and redeem a one-year membership.

  • No one comes to us with a lot of spare time. They always need practical help quickly. That’s why the Good Conflict Breakthrough Course is designed to be taken at your own pace–and broken into efficient, manageable videos–each less than 5 minutes long.

    For a hybrid experience that includes real-time coaching and interaction, groups can choose the Breakthrough Course LIVE, which generally stretches of 4 to 6 weeks and includes 3 live, virtual sessions with our co-founders.

    Both options include actionable skills that people can use right away, adding valuable tools to your team's toolkit. By the end, you'll have a personalized conflict playbook to help you intentionally foster good, healthy conflict in the future.

  • It’s a valid concern. Every conflict and organization is a little different. That said, human behavior in conflict is pretty consistent (for better and for worse). The Good Conflict Breakthrough Course provides a foundation in universal principles and proven skills that apply to every conflict, from professional to political to personal.
